QR-Control 2.0: What's New

Departments and Flexible Work Schedules

A new Departments module has been introduced, allowing custom work schedules to be configured for individual employees and groups of users. This significantly simplifies the management of companies with complex organizational structures and different work schedules.

Violation Monitoring and Anomaly Detection

A mechanism for automatically detecting suspicious employee activity has been implemented. QR-Control can now identify the following anomalies:

  • Clock-in attempts from a device previously used by another employee;
  • Multiple employees clocking in or out using the same device;
  • Use of different devices for clocking in and clocking out.

These features help improve the reliability of working time records and reduce the risk of misuse.

Multilingual Support

Users can now select the language for both the administration panel and the employee interface.

The following languages are currently available:

  • Russian
  • English

Expanded Time Zone Support

Previously, the system supported only time zones in CIS countries. Version 2.0 introduces support for time zones worldwide, making QR-Control suitable for international companies and distributed teams, regardless of where their employees are located.

Updated Mobile Application (PWA)

The employee-facing mobile application has been completely redesigned. It now features a new, reliable QR code scanning mechanism that ensures stable operation even when the device's standard camera recognition does not work correctly.

We recommend that all employees install the application for the best possible user experience. Future updates will also introduce a corporate news feed and tools for centralized employee communications.

Data Search and Filtering

Search and filtering tools have been added to many sections of the system, making it easier to find the required information and work with large volumes of data.

Updated Real-Time Dashboard

Dashboard widgets now refresh automatically. Employee clock-in and clock-out information is displayed in real time without requiring users to refresh the page manually.

Improved Report Accuracy

Errors related to working time calculations in reports have been fixed, ensuring more accurate tracking of hours worked.

Bug Fixes and Improved Stability

The new version resolves the following issues:

  • Occasional errors when employees clock in or clock out;
  • Specific issues related to time zone processing.

Technical Improvements

Extensive optimization of the project's codebase has been carried out. As a result, the system is now more stable, and future development and implementation of new features will be faster and more efficient.
